If you change your mind, we are glad to offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is:

• Unused and in its original packaging

• Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Faulty Items

In accordance with UK consumer law, if an item is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement within 30 days of purchase.

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced jewellery, cosmetics, or perishable items unless they are faulty.
